We all need a little help sometimes. I myself had a really bad moment of anxiety on Friday and Jo absolutely calmed me down, assessed the situation and recommended coping techniques that are easy and seriously helpful.

I don't want anyone to feel alone. I called about 5 people out of desperation and nobody picked up - Jo did and I don't know if she was busy with something but she let just vent, cry and talk it out.

I know the frustration of finding someone that truly cares and actually listens, so I would not recommend her if I didn't fully believe in my heart that she can help anybody.

She is also the person that is the driving force behind the petition to get mental health featured on a school level. She has an amazing story and a book that isn't your normal self-help read.

She took on the unbelievable task of going around Africa, by herself on a motorbike. I mean, !!
